Michael is a 18 year California Real Estate Broker and BRE Endorsed National Mortgage License Broker.
He is a principal in PrivateLoan.us and Lender of Record for Remax, Keller Williams and Harcourts. He
has managed over 1 B in loan sales with a sales staff of up to 37 loan officers.

Currently he works extensively with the Orange County Board of Realtors, the Pacific West Association
of Realtors, AREAA and the YPR as a liaison between their organizations and the lending community.

He developed the first integration of Multiple Listing Service Data with Craigslist, developed the first
Real Estate Text Messaging Program and creates Social Media Programs for Realtors. As a real estate
and loan agent recruiter he set a record of recruiting 54 new agents to Keller Williams in one-month
period.

His understanding of the loan origination business is derived from ground up experience as a loan
officer, underwriter and funder as a teenager working in the family business.

Mike has a 42-year history as a CEO and Owner of Mortgage, Real Estate, Development and Title and
Escrow Companies. Volume of his companies have exceeded billions of dollars via Partnerships and
Marketing Service Agreements with Wells Fargo Bank, Countrywide, Bank of America, National City,
Orange Coast Title and Escrow, Remax, Keller Williams, Berkshire Hathaway, Coldwell Banker, Decal
Development, Maui Land and Pineapple, Kapalua Land Company, The Grand Sierra Resort, United
Capital Investments, Private Loan.US and Private Investment Companies.

Most publicly notable is his leadership in developing the Kapalua Resort in Maui, Hawaii where he built
the Plantation Golf Course, the Plantation Estates, established the relationship between the The Ritz
Carlton at Kapalua and Maui Land and Pineapple Company and sold $65,000,000 of properties in one
week. And at the Grand Sierra, from concept to sale and close of escrow marketed and sold over
$1,000,000,000 in real estate loans and properties in a 6 month period.

Mike’s long – term relationships with Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Brokerage Companies, the Lending Communities and Marketing Service Companies create annual loan demand in the hundreds of millions.

With over 25 years as business entrepreneur, Doran J. Andry has built is an international multi-billion
dollar nutraceutical business, and holds one of the top distribution positions within Herbalife
International as a Chairman’s Club Member. A position that is held by only 39 people out of 2.2 Million
distributors globally in 85 countries, Doran has become one of the world’s top Herbalife distributors.
